These guys are great! I was concerned about the performance of my cart; was it the batteries or something else. Good Bull performed a diagnostic check on the cart. It turned out that after a full charge, the batteries strength was diminished by 80%. Luckily, the only issue was the batteries which they replaced and gave the cart a clean bill of health. I trust Good Bull with my golf cart and so should you.

I purchased my Club Car Carryall 500 from Good Bull Golf Carts 2 years ago. I live in the Marble Falls area, where I was unable to purchasea new Carryall type cart. It was a really pleasant, satisfying, buying experience with JB and Sarah. JB then actually delivered the cart to my house which which is an approximately 90-mile drive ... with no additional charge. Today (2years later) I have maintenance to be performed. I called JB for guidance, and once again, he went well above my expectations by taking the time to discuss and explain the items that I would need. And because these items are not readily found, he offered to ship them to me with specific instructions for installation. I am extremely pleased with Good Bull"s sales, parts, and service. I have been elsewhere locally with my needs, but never to have received such great, friendly service and prices.

I bought a battery for my golf cart today but when I got home …couldn’t get the screws tightened so I called them thinking I needed to go back and get different ones….anyway I totally floored when the owner said he would send the manager over and he would put it in!!!!! I was so shocked that they would do this for me…. I never expected that wonderful service……

These guys really went out of their way to get me the information I needed for a custom built golf cart!!! They knew exactly who I needed to contact and where I could fine the information on the internet. Very knowledgeable and very kind and very patient with me any my questions.

I would give this place 10 Stars if it were an option. I called the dealer to ask about my six-seater not moving. They sent a driver out to pick it up within two hours. Took it to the shop and performed a battery service and ran diagnostics. The brake pedal switch was bad and had to be replaced. They fixed the issue and delivered the cart to my new home in Round Rock. The total cost was $400, including delivery. Super friendly people, and I didn't even purchase the cart from them. If you need service, please give these people your business. They will not do you wrong. I wish there were more people out there like these folks.
